I spent more than 13 years in FDA-regulated quality control, where accuracy, reliability, documentation, and process discipline were not optional. The systems I worked with supported products used in clinical laboratory environments, where small mistakes could create serious downstream problems.
Along the way, I became the person who automated things. I built software tools, wrote Python scripts, improved manual workflows, supported Agile teams, and found practical ways to make complex processes faster, clearer, and more reliable.
